Any Idea What Causes Spotting, Bloating, Weight Gain, And Abdominal Pressure After Tubal Ligation?

I had a tubal ligation done about 8 months ago when I had my c-section done. Everything seemed to be going fine until about three months ago. My period came but only lasted for about 3 days, a week later I started spotting and it didn t stop for about 2 weeks and ever since then I have been having 2 periods a month. I have also been feeling extremely bloated and have gained weight. It feels like there is a lot of pressure on the top left hand side of my abdomen as well. Any idea what could be causing this?

This could be due to the hormonal imbalance and may not be related with your tube ligation, the bloating and weight gain also a deferent matter, abdominal balloting will go away soon without any medicine and weight gain could be physiological, the period will get alright soon no need to worry about it have nice day.
