Any Ideas About Pain When Kneeling After Knee Injury?

I fell directly on my knee when playing soccer a few weeks ago. It hurt but I was able to shake it off. It does not hurt at all, no bruising or swelling. I can push on my knee and not reproduce the pain but I have a ton of pain when I try and kneel. Any ideas?

Hi,

There are many small structures like menisci and ligaments in the knee joint which are stretched more during kneeling down. If you have had a small tear in these then you might experience severe pain during kneeling down.
