Any Methods Available To Have Normal Pregnancy For A Person Whose Left Fallopian Tube Has Been Removed?

Due to Ectopic pregnancy my wife left fallopian tube has been removed. Now after three months when we did HSG-Xray the right fallopian tube was also found partially blocked. HSG report as follows : Uterine partially imaged, no evidence of filling effect, proximal portion of the right tube visualised & no spill of contrast on both sides.
The doctor said to take RAMACTAZID450/350 & BECOZYM C FORTE for three months, said that this may remove the blockage & chances are there for normal pregnancy if doesn't work she said we have to go for IVF since already left tube has been removed. whethere the above medicine can be used or any other methods are there to have normal pregnancy instead of IVF

Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic

It may be difficult to conceive with one fallopian tube blocked and the other removed.
In this present age, however, as indicated by your doctor, there are options available that may able to help the two of you conceive.

In addition to the IVF, your doctor may consider tubal reconstruction to see if the right tube can be re opened.

I hope this helps
