Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.

After reading your post, I would like to advise that you should get yourself clinically examined and investigated by an anorectal surgeon.

You should take fiber rich foods rich in roughage. Avoid spicy and oily foods.

You can take medicine containing calcium dobesulate twice daily.

You should take laxative at night for easy motions.

If the symptoms persists or worsen, surgery can be considered as a permanent cure.

I hope this is helpful to you.
Thanks.
