Any Safe Medicine To Increase Appetite?

Hello Sir, my height is 5'8" and weight is 63 kg. Earlier my weight was 72 Kg. Now I look underweight as compared to my previous body size. I have low appetite and wanna to increase my appetite. Kindly suggest me some safe medicine or supplement which can help me to gain weight fast

Hi
Buclizine hydrochloride tablet twice in day on empty stomach increases appetite in my patients.
Cyproheptadine + tricholine + sorbitol base syrup also boosts appetite in my patient whenever they loose their appetite .
These two medicines are good and sugar free , you can try.
