Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history about your 5 year old child having pain in abdomen after each meal and passes semi-loose stools with gastric wind, used Entamizole but no significant relief.
The cause of such an occurrence is usually abdominal tonsils that is lymph nodes secondary to URTI so common in the child of this age group or can be due to appendicitis or so.
This can be diagnosed by:
Tests of blood, stool and urine.
Ultrasonography of the whole abdomen.
Clinical evaluation preferably by a Pediatric Surgeon.
A course of another antibiotic and metronidazole can help.
If there is a surgical cause like appendicitis, it is better to get operated, if the medical management fails to relieve symptoms.
Watch for proper home-made foods and liquids.
