Any Suggestion For Child Suffering From Stomach Ache, Loose Stools, Vomiting, Fever?

Hi My son 4 Year 4 Months old.
he was claiming stomach ache Day before yesterday, after that he had tight stool on the same day with vomiting. then the fever was increasing.
Next day again fever continued with one time loose stool with one more time vomiting.... Now fever continuing & he claims stomach ache i can feel he stomach filled with lot of gas.. so please suggest.

Dear parent, for fever you should give acetaminophen or ibuprofen syrup every 6-8 hours. for stomach ache you should give an antispasmodic as visceralgine . for vomiting you should give an antiemetic ( other than primperane as it is contraindicated in children) . for loose stools give an antidiarrheal . you should offer only soft easily swallowed food as soup or youghurt
