Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
Downs syndrome is a chromosomal aberration.
The baby is late in achieving mile stones as well as speech.
But autistic baby wants to remain aloof and difficult to achieve proper speech, requires special training.
Hope this answer will serve your purpose
Please feel free to ask any more queries if required
Take care
