Any Suggestion For Having Bulky Uterus And Heterogeneous Texture Of Uterine Myometrium?

I have bulky uterus and Heterogeneous texture of uterine myometrium seen. No lesion seen in both ovaries. Endometrial canal in center thickness measure 0.6 cm.Please advise me should i operate this . I m 48 years old. My Dr. Urooj Malik Advise me for major surgery please reply .

You need to be cautious about these finding s considering your age. Hysterectomy viz removal of uterus is best treatment option but if you don't want to lose your uterus then you can try to get an endometrial Curettage analysis done and take progesterone along with it. But you need to consult your gynecologist as she can guide you the best while keeping your medical history and examination into consideration.
