Any Suggestion For Having Prolapsed Uterus And Hemorrhoids?

I think I might have a prolapsed uterus. I have hemmroids too.Very uncomfortable down there.I m 45 my period was 12 days late this month.Not heavy bleeding but cramps and pms terrible.Today I had to push my insides back in. Is there anything I can do or do I need to have some kind of surgery?

Hello,

Treatment options will depend on the severity of prolapse and the presence of other associated pathologoes like fibroids etc. A pelvic examination and pelvic ultrasound are needed at this point. So follow up with your ObGyn. Management can be conservative (pessaries) or surgical depending on the clinical severity
