Any Suggestion For Having Swollen/tight/lump On Upper Outer Thigh?
bike accident. fell on left thigh. at first was just discolored and a little swollen and tender. about a week later i must have aggavated it and it suddenly began to swell and very painful. 3 days latter still swollen and tight, lump on upper outer thigh. i can walk without help but very painful.
What I feel with the history is, this could be a muscle tightness at the region. As there is a fascia which runs over the later aspect of the thigh and may get tightened due to injury.
This shouldn't be a serious issue to concern. Doing hot water fermentation and gentle circular kneading massage will help reduce the lump and swelling.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
