Any Suggestion For Not Having Bowel Movement?
Hi, I am 13, and I haven't went poop in SO long. I tried last night, but it hurt so bad that I had to push it back in. The thing is, the reason it's in there is because I hold it in. I feel that there is more things that are important than pooping, so I clench. What do I do? I'm scared.
