Any Suggestion For Red Spider Veins On Cheeks And Angioma Below Eyes?

My 3 year old daughter has a spider angioma below her eye and it has been there for approximately 6 months. Sometimes it gets redder. Recently I have noticed that she is getting little red spider veins all over her cheeks on both sides. Is this normal and will they go away on their own or can I get them removed?

It can be lasered but we normally suggest to wait for some more time. Spider veins on cheeks are normal dear for her. . Don't worry
