Any Suggestion For Reducing Weight As Having Mental Health Disorders, High BP, Cholesterol, Thyroid, Spine And Back Problems?

I am a obese woman, 59 years old. my medical problems are mental health disorders, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, thyroid. I also have spine and back problems I am ready to loose weight and feel watching my carbs would help I would like a list of foods that are high in carbs. my weight is 235-240 pounds I am 5'7 I have just found out I have a fatty liver so its past time I started taking better care of myself also I have copd

Hello.The main thing is to follow a low-fat diet ,avoiding red meats, pastries, fried foods, alcohol and sugary products .It is also important to practice physical exercise (walking 30 minutes a day).In addition to those mentioned your endocrinologist may prescribe you drugs such as fluoxetine and orlistat,if he deems it appropiate, that can help you.I wish you good health.
