Any Suggestion For Shoulder Pain, Discomfort In Jaw And Headache?

I have been experiencing lt shoulder pain , lately rt jaw discomfort after changing some fillings , headache especially when sleeping , I have been advised to take muscle relaxant pills and pain killers .
I have also done message therapy 9 sessions for no improvement.
Also tinnitus , I have done CBC and chemistry tests that show normal results ,
What do you advise me to do ?

Provided the work up turning out to be normal all this needs is some skeletal muscle relaxants and rest. Tizanidine and orphenadrines are good. Seek an otorhinolaryngologist for tinnitus. Continue the physiotherapy sessions and do as directed. Everything is alright or will be all right soon.
