Any Suggestion For Sore In Right Testicle?
My right testicle is sore and has been for over a year. I was just treated for and infection in the sack that holds sperm. I have had a vasectomy about 35 years ago. My recent treatment was antibiotics. It still hurts. Is it time to have my testicle removed?

You have been diagnosed to have infection of Epididymis (Epididymitis) and treated with antibiotics .
You still have pain in your testicles which suggests infection of the testicle.
Please get Ultrasound Scanning of the the scrotum done to confirm the diagnosis .
You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Augmentin along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.for 6 weeks.
