Hello, Welcome Thanks for consulting HCM,

I have gone through your query, as you have reduced mouth opening due to chewing habit of tobacco , this can be due to fibrosis in buccal mucosa .

This condition Oral Submucous fibrosis is treated by medicine and surgical removal of fibrous band

You can do Mouth opening excercises by consulting your dentist .

Apply ointment Tess on cheek twice daily for 15 days.

One Tablet vitamin A once daily for 15 days .

One Tablet Antioxidant twice daily .

Consult dentist for excercises and oral examination

Hope this will help you.
