Any Suggestion For Swollen Lymph Node In Neck, Sharp Pain In Temple?

I have had a swollen lymph node in the back of my neck since april of 2012 I have had fevers on and off. I have been to the doctor and different doctors. I had an MRI done and blood work done and everything came back normal. So then I was sent to the thyroid doctor and they did a sonogram and said it was a swollen lymph node and I had a few more in my neck. But blood work came back normal? It will hurt soo bad sometimes to where I get sharp pains to my right temple? I just want to know how to make it go away? Also I thought it was bc of vyvanse and so I stopped taking it a month ago but its still getting worse. Nevermind im not paying 15 dollars thank you for your time

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

After going through your description I am inclined to think that the cause of pain could be something different from swollen lymph nodes- like a cervical spinal disease, or a migraine.

Consult a neurologist for most probable diagnosis and treatment thereof.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Gopal Goel, Orthopaedic Surgeon
