General Surgeon 's  Response
Ca oxalate in urine suggests that there can also be a stone in the urinary tract.
Fever suggests infection more likely in urinary tract as stone is the nidus for infection & a girl child.
Get investigated.
With ur drs advise, start antibiotics, diuretics & stone management as per Urologists opinion.
Make her drink plenty of water.
