Any Suggestion To Stop Bouts Of Diarrhea Caused After Having Major Bladder Surgery?

My son had major bladder surgery in July. He is recovering well and eating healthily. He has been drinking Lucozade regularly to help his recuperation. But over the last few weeks he has had bouts of diarrhoea. Can you suggest why that may be and what he could do to stop this.

This may be due to normal bacterial or protozoal infection only.
You can treat it with medicines. Please rule out rectovesical fistula.
