Any Suggestions For Heavy Head Even After Taking B12 Abd Vit D Supplements?

I having heaviness in the head from past three to four weeks. I did the full body check-up including blood test ( including B12 & vitamin D). There is some deficiency for B12 and vitamen D for which i am taking medicine. But heavyness in the head is not allowing me to feel comfortable. Kindly help.

Hello,

I had gone through the case and found that heaviness in head might be due to some other cause like

High Blood pressure

Weak Eyesight

Tension headache

Lack of sleep

Sinusitis.

You did not mention the exact location of heaviness.

So go for some investigation like

Monitoring of blood pressure

Vision test

Sinus xray.

After getting the correct diagnosis take proper treatment.
