Any Suggestions For Lump On Calf Without Known Injury Or Visible Bruising?

I have an odd shaped goose egg on the side of my calf. I've had it about 2 1/2 weeks. I have had these before in the same spot and they keep coming back (this is about the 4th time). There has never been bruising and I don"t recall hitting my leg in the same spot this many times. Any suggestions?

The lump ion the calf without any history of injury to the area can be due to a muscle spasm or a benign soft tissue lump. An FNAC will help in proper diagnosis.
