I am,prescribed adderall 30 mg twice daily due to adhd and panic attracts that brought me into the doctor in the first place. Now the adderall is not working like it is supposed to and the panick attack are co,ing back. I switched fro, (2) .5 Xanex to (2) 1mg clozapan. They worked but not as well as the Xanex I just didn t like the way they made me fill but then I may be used to having that type of drug in my system now. She want to switch ,e to Vivance but I can t afford it. There is Evekeo which is new and Dexodryne and Desoxyn. What options do you see for me. I,m 35 and healthy, other than this and run a small business about 90 hours a week with a wife and two kids. I m really struggling right noz
ADHD and panic attack are a tricky combination and you cannot say what is the betst treatment rior to trhing the drugs. Amphteamine even in those wth ADHD is likely to make panic attacks worse and sedatives WILL make ADHD much worse. It's hard to get this combination controlled BUT mostly treating the ADHD with the usual drugs and treating the panic attacks with psychological treatments is one of the best and most common ways to proceed.
