Are Eflex OZ,Pan 40 Mg And Meftal Spas Effective For Pain In Lower Abdomen?
Hello, Sir.I feel pain in my lower abdomen from 1 week, as per my ultra sound ( whole abdomen) report doctor said that in my overy ( left side ) have swelling and he suggested me to take the following medicines:(1) Eflex -OZ- Tablet.(2) Pan-40 MG Tablet.(3) Meftal Spas Tablet.Please suggest me is it right medicine for me or not.

As in ultrasound report it is mentioned that your left ovary is having swelling i.e. inflammation . Inflammation produces swelling hence your doctor prescribed :
Eflex-oz ( an antibiotics and for gram negative also ), pantoprazole to avoid nausea and vomiting ,while meftal spas will act as pain reliever .
Within 7 days you will feel fine , so take these medicines as advised your treating doctor because these are right medicine.
