Hi I m a 33 years old man 6.6 and 155 pound I m really skinny, I tried to hit the gym and I took many supplement like creatine and whey protein but nothing I still skinny and when I look at my face look tired and dark eyes circles, I work like 9 hours 6 days in week ,and I m single.i was thinking to see a doctor but I don t know what is the specialities I should go to see,other things I heard about those hormones that make you bigger like the HGH hormones or the Testosterone is that safe and could help me in my situation ,thank you a lot doctor

In addition, you would need to increase your caloric intake if you want to gain weight.
