Are HIV Results Usually Accurate After One Year Of Exposure?

This is prasad, last year ( february 2013) I had an unprotcted sex with a woman after 3 months I had gone for HIV Tridot test, result is Negative and again after 8 months from the date of participation I went for one more test(Tridot), result was Negative . Please confirm whether i need to take one more test or not. One of my friend told me that results are accurate after one year of exposure. I am kindly requesting you to clarify me on this, I am worrying so much on this.
