Hello,

Tizanidine is a centrally acting muscle relaxant but Ibuprofen and Naprosyn are painkillers act by decreasing cox enzymes in tissues.
You may use Flexeril, for Tizanidine only under your doctor's advice.
Please consult your doctor, he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query.
