Are Mablet 20 And Mosapride 2.5 Effective For Severe Reflux?

Hello Doctor, I have been suffereing from GERD for more than 6 months. i have consulted a Doctor. He took the upper Endoscopy and said i have a severe reflux. He prescribed me Mablet 20 and Mosapride 2.5 for 10 days. Will it work ?
Also i am a muslim, i need to do fasting for 1 month. Can i do fasting ?
