Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You can continue with metoclopramide which is a very effective medication for ibs.
Some other advice that I can give to you are :
Avoid greasy, fried, or spicy foods.
Eat mainly bland foods, such as crackers or toast.
Eat smaller meals more frequently, instead of three large meals.
Relax and sit still after you eat to give your food time to digest.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
