Are Norfloxacine, Drotin M And Degiplex T Right Medications For Anal Fissure With Yellow Discharge?

I have anal fissue and spasm, but no pain, no bleeding, no constipation. But yellow and white discharge hence itching if not keep clean atleast twice in a day. My doctor advised me to have Norfloxacine ( a urinery infection medicine), Drotin M ( a pain killer, largely used by ladies for mansural pains), Degiplex T ( diegestive enzyme). Besides a anti acidity tablet, an oil ment for apply externally and a syrup for stool loosening. Is it necessary to have these first three medecine really ??

Hello,

Anal fissure may be infected as evident by yellow and white discharge. As you don't have any pain, no need of Drotin M. You can use the following:
1) Norfloxacin until its course is over
2) Anti acidity tablet
3) Ointment for external applications
4) Syrup for stool loosening

All the above will help in healing of fissure and control the infection. Also i recommend the following to my patients:
1) Sitz bath with Luke warm water
2) Eat high fiber diet to reduce hard stools
3) Drink plenty of water
