Are Q Sera Serum & Biotin Safe And Effective For Thinning Of Hair?

I am 24 years old, female. lost a good amount of hair to ovary cysts. had undergone many dermatology treatments after that. my gynecological health was now cured almost 3 years back and have reconfirmed it recently. still have a very very unusually thin hair, which affects my appearance, my new dermatologist suggested Q Sera serum and Biotin tablets for four months, will they help.

- Continue taking Q sera Serum and Biotin capsule, yes they will help.

- Take proper diet and good sleep.

- Massage scalp with mild steroid oilt at mid-night.
