Are Vit. D Injections Effective For Leg & Hand Pain?
i m a 53 yr female. my ht. is 4 10 . my wt. is 150 lb. i have general pain in my legs and hands. my treating doc asked for Vit D blood test and the result is ... 25.9 nmol/L .my doc recommended Vit. D injection. i heard it is painful and not of much help. pls. give your advice.
