Are A Lump Around The Eyebrows And A Blood Pressure Drop While Standing A Cause For Concern?

My Mother who is 80 fell last night she has to black eyes and a large hard lump around her eye brown she refused to go to hospital I got an ice pack and cram for the bruise her blood pressure drops when she stands up I recon that is how she fell any ideas about the lump?

Any head injury should be kept under medical observation for 48 hours because anything could happens during this time period, bruises may becomes more dark, it is the collection of blood could be there that formed the lump like structure in fact it is the swelling due to hematoma (A collection of blood) over all condition demands the medical supervision and it can not be taken lightly or as a granted.
