Are Any Treatments Required After Analyzing My Semen Analysis Report?

my semen test report shows appearance :milky white volume:3 ml pH:7.5 fructose:positive sperm count :the number of spermatozoa per ml:0.1 million : total number of sperm per ejaculate : 0.3 millions viability:2% spermatozoa alive at the end of 1/2 hours total no of abnormal spermatozoa :app 40% remark:-details could not be studied because of poor num of spermatozoa in the ejaculate remark:-in view of fair numbers of pus cells in the given sample ,culture &sensitivity test is indicated pus cell :-n 5-7/h.p.f what should i do is their any chance to get fatherhood or not ????

hi.. i am afraid that you might have to face the problem of infertility taking into consideration your present report. But, since report shows significant number of pus cells, which indicates infection, it has to be treated first with antibiotics. consult your treating physician and get yourself treated for infection. then get semen analysis repeated. meanwhile have nutritious diet, mutivitamin and antioxidant tablets. All the best.
