Are Back Pain And Missed Periods Symptoms Of Ectopic Pregnancy?

my period is late for 1month some weeks going to two months now end of dis april,all my urine test are negative,the beta hcg test is also negative,yet i have side pains,back pains,legs hurt and no period am confused could i be having ectopic pregnancy or what did ultrasound last week but evrything was ok yet am having pains

No ectopic pregnancy prsents with faintly positive urine pregnancy test, spotting or bleeding per vaginum and severe to moderate abdominal pain.in your case upt is negative and above all USG normal.you can take analgesics for the symptoms.doesn't seem to be ectopic pregnancy.
