Are Brown Particles In The Urine Following A Hernia Repair Surgery A Matter Of Concern?
I have recently noticed small reddish brown flecks in my urine stream. 2-5 at a time now. Minor irritation in the penis each time. This following a hernia repair two years ago that resulted in a tender left testicle that has not reduced over time and retraction of that testicle and the penis on a daily basis. Problem?
* As per my surgical experience, there is no concern of hernia surgery before 2 years with the current issue of brown particles in urine.
* Have to take urine microscopy report to look out for the present infection.
* Primary relief with plenty of liquids, urinary alkaliser as citralka or else with cranberry sachets.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
