Are Chills & Cold With Tiredness Common When Exposed To Heat?

hi while working today outside in the heat about (41 F) i got chills and a cold sensation. I was taking in alot of fluids and felt fine just tired from the heat. is this something i need to be concerned about? im a healthy male 35 yrs old with no health issues.

hai.looks lik u have had aheat stroke,dehydrated.
u dont have to worry,its is common in people working at higher temperatures.
be sure to take proper fluids& keep urself
hydrated nicely.
cover ur head from the direct rays of the sun.
