Are Constipation And Bleeding The Side Effects Of Taking Herbal Life Shakes Meal Replacement?

Hi, i have been using herbalife shakes meal replacement for over a month now. But in the recent week i have been constipated for a couple of days and then when eventually being able to go i have bright red blood on my tissue. Do you think this is anything to worry about?

Hi. Yes, the herbal life replacement can very well cause constipation with attendant blood on passing stool. This is not really to worry about , you can add salads and green leafy vegetables and if still necessary you can take mild laxatives to soften the stools.
