Are Crocin, Respira, Novamax Correct Medication For Fever And Cough Of A 10 Month Old Baby And Will There Be Any Side Effects?

My daughter 10 Months old (weigh 9kgs) having fever and cough/Cold, bad throat, doctor recommended crocin,Sinarest AF,Respira (expectorant) and antibotic Novamox. Is it safe medications?.
Giving this medication since last 2 days but fever still there.

Hi

Yes you may give the medications safely.
From the medications, it looks like a viral infection with superadded bacterial infection too.

It usually takes a minimum of 4 to 5 days for these respiratory things to get okay.

So please be patient. Give her plenty of fluids.
Continue with the medications.
