Are Daily Discharges After Uterus Removal Normal?

I am 41 years old & I've been having daily dark brown discharge 16 years after uterus removed. Ovaries are intact as is cervix. History of endometriosis before hysterectomy & years after hysterectomy for which I had a laparoscopy. I've had this discharge for a few months. No itching, no odors. I am abstinent, have been for 6 years. No history of s.t.d. Had my first child via c-section when I was 21, second child vbac when I was 24, hysterectomy at 25 due to continual bleeding for months after my last delivery. What could be causing this dark brown discharge?
