Two Cysts In Uterus,big Uterus,bleeding

i have uterus problem. two cysts (kattis) of size more than 4 cm.i have a big uterus.whether i have to remove the uterus or the only kattis.noe the bleeding is over for the past 8 months.now only the problem is identified.till operation i am being guided to take tablets to control the bleeding by a lady doctor here.i want to know whether it can be cured witout operation. no marriage life . no child. age:42

Hello,
You probably have fibroid uterus which you are referring to as cyst. It is a benign condition and usually presents with excessive bleeding. However the fibroids usually recede after menopause. The only definitive treatment is surgery, unless you can wait till menopause when fibroids recede spontaneously.
