Are Delayed Periods Along With Increased Urination And Headaches A Matter Of Concern?
So my period is about 2 days late, I have never been late before but this is the first month I am not using birth control either. I have had an increase in urination over the past week, along with increase in appetite, headaches that come and go, and I am more tired than usual. I have also had some almost period cramping, mainly on my right side. The thing is I took a pregnancy test and it was negative.
Increased urination may occur because of bulky uterus. You have not been taking birth control pills & are sexually active. Now you have delayed periods. You are suggested to get a repeat urine test done after a couple of days with the first morning midstream urine. hCG appears in the blood faster than in urine.
Get clinically examined by a OBGYN to confirm pregnancy and get it managed. Stay well hydrated, take ORS. Dehydration also causes headache. Stay well fed. Take nutritious home made food rich in calcium, iron & protein.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
