Are Diarrhea And Vomiting Signs Of Ulcers?

I think my daughter may have ulcers but not sure symptoms are; diarrhea x past 3days on and off, vomitting (presently) has no blood in vomit but states she can taste it, pain in upper middle abd. , blood in stool (presently) . Vomitting & diarrhea started bout her ago. She 22yrs old

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Vomiting and diarrhoea symptoms does not always indicate it to be due to presence of ulcers.
From the other symptoms, it appears that she could be having gastrointestinal tract infection.
Kindly do the following to overcome them.
1. Administer tablet Domperidone with Pantoprazole combination on empty stomach in the morning.
2. Administer Tablet. Secnidazole forte adult dose stat.
3. She should keep well hydrated by consuming more quantities of fluids.
Gradually, she should be able to recover from her symptoms.
