Are Diarrhea, Nausea And Abdominal Cramps Signs Of Food Poison?

Suspect that my husband & I contacted food poisoning. His symptoms, diarrhea & nausea. I had severe cramping & nausea but was unable to poop. I had severe tingling in my hands & feet & was sweating profusely. Fainted & banged up left side of face, neck, shoulders & leg. May have rebroken my left foot. This was at about 1:00 pm. No more cramping or nausea now but bad headache. We had purchased chicken fingers and potato salad from local grocers. Could this have been food poisoning? Did not seek medical attention.
