Are Diarrhea, Nausea And Lightheadedness A Cause For Concern?

I wasn t feeling well last week at work felt weak and almost passed out. Went home and started feeling nauseous and then had diarhea. The diarhea lasted for 5 days and just went completely away today. I am feeling much better but I keep having getting dizzy or lightheaded today. Should I be concerned?

Hello. This is probably just dehydration and loss of electrolytes from the diarrhea. Plenty of electrolyte-rich fluids like juices and GatorAde should resolve the problem
