Are Difficulty In Breathing, Dry Throat Due To Acid Reflux And Have Been Diagnosed For Gastroduodenitis With Symptoms Of Stomach Pain And Burning Sensation?
I was diagnosed with gastroduodenitis after the endoscopy. I have stomach pain &burning sensation between meals, bloating, pain in my right side (gallblader/liver) area. I was prescibed pantoprazole and ranitidine but they didnt help. I had a HIDA scan done and the ejection rate I had was 99%. I dont drnk and I dont have H pylori. I did take NSAD in the past but stopped for about 1 year now. I wonder if the gastroduodenitis is caused by bile reflux. I am seeing another GI MD to ask for a second opinion. Also, I have difficulties breathing, my throat feels very dry. I wonder if it is because of the acid reflux and the regurgittion I get sometimes. Thank you, Gabriela
Hi welcome to health care magic forum. You have gastro duodinitis, may be due to the anxiety, irregular meals, or irritant foods. I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. He may run tests to exclude the hepatitis B, and other forms. I advise you to avoid spices, junk foods, and and oily foods.I advise you to use curd, and bland foods. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
