Are Dizziness And Nausea The Side Effects Of Metrogyl?

I was prescribed metrogyl by my dentist for a sinus infection. I have been taking the dose for 4 days, and I have been feeling nauseous, dizzy and a bit vague. It is late at night and I have already taken tonights dose - are these normal side effects or should I be worried?
