Are Frequent Urination And Lower Backache Symptoms Of A UTI?

Hi I have been going to the restroom every 5 mins every time I drink water. It s been 2 weeks started with a bloated abdominal and pelvis pressure. I also have lower backache. Is this a UTI? One day ago, my first morning urine was oily cloudy and heavy looking. Am I taking too much vitamins? I am taking 2000mg Vitamin D and a prenatal multi.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
If you are pregnant ( since are taking prenatal multi ) is common to go to toilet more often because bladder volume is reduced due to uterus increasing in size.
Also back ache is common in pregnancy.
If the discomfort becomes more desturbing and burning do a uroculture for UTI.
Continue with prenatal multi the same.
