Are Headache And Dizziness Symptoms Of High Blood Pressure And Diabetes?

Hi im looking for some help. the last few weeks i have been suffering from dizziness and headaches not major headaches but still uncomfortable. i am concerned that i may have high blood pressure as i have been diagnosed with slightly high blood pressure before. also i am concerned it maybe diabetes.

Dear sir

Yes headache and dizziness are the symptoms of high blood sugar and hypertension.

It is usually caused due to variation in the sugar levels which happens at early stages. But these might not be the only cause for your Symptoms but first you try to exclude these causes.
Postural hypertension which is characterized by rise in blood pressures when you lye down more than 10 mm of hg.
So get evaluated
