Hello. Thanks for writing to us at healthcaremagic

Unprotected sex with a commercial sex worker is a risk factor for transmission of STD's.I would suggest that you visit a sexual disease specialist for counselling related to STD's and appropriate testing.
Though, headache and tiredness are not specific symptoms of an STD, however, you need to be thoroughly investigated at appropriate intervals. These symptoms may be entirely unrelated and just be part of a viral flu like illness
In addition to the testing, if you notice symptoms like urethral discharge, burning micturation or develop genital ulcer, inguinal swelling, any genital growth/warts etc you must report it to the doctor as soon as possible
If I was the treating doctor I would have asked for a test for HIV, Herpes, Syphilis, Hepatitis B at appropriate intervals.
While testing for herpes can be performed as early as 2 weeks with an ELISA based test, screening for HIV and VDRL is usually performed at least a month after sexual contact.
HIV and VDRL should be repeated at 3 months if the initial tests were negative.
Similarly HBV can also be tested earliest at 3-4 weeks after sexual contact.

Hello. Thanks for writing to us at healthcaremagic

Unprotected sex with a commercial sex worker (csw) is a high risk behavior in terms of acquiring an STD.
Just verbally checking with her is not a sure way of excluding her HIV status or other STD's.
Though your symptoms started are too early to be taken as HIV related and may be due to other reasons like stress and anxiety. Moreover headache and tiredness, is not a specific symptom of an STD or HIV.
Having said that, I would suggest that you visit a sexual health specialist for counselling and appropriate tests.
Also, in case you develop symptoms such as urethral discharge, burning micturation Or notice any genital ulcer, Or growth Or develop a swelling or lump, you must contact your doctor for evaluation.
If I was the treating doctor I would suggest a screening test for HIV and Syphilis (VDRL) at 1 month and for Herpes Simplex virus (HSV) and Hepatitis B virus (HBV) at 2 weeks.
